Wrathion is a black drake and the diplomat who serves at the side of the current Earth-Warder, Ebyssian. Following the defeat of Deathwing and subsequent destruction of the black dragonflight during the Cataclysm, Wrathion was the only known black dragon on Azeroth to be uncorrupted by the taint of the Old Gods until the emergence of Ebyssian during the Burning Legion's third invasion and the return of Sabellian from Outland during the war against the Primalists.
